Ingredients:
Dry-cured smoked streaky baconSliced white bread (Richard perfers old school Mothers Pride)Tomato ketchupUnsalted butter
Method:
1. Pre-heat your grill nice and hot, and make sure your butter is soft2. Grill the bacon until it's nice and crispy, turning once3. Liberally butter your bread and smear both sides with ketchup4. Apply at least 3 rashers to one side of bread, cover, cut once and devour
