Dry cured at the farm these rashers crisp up a treat, so as well as being perfect for breakfast, they are just as well suited to a burger!

Dry Cured Streaky Bacon

Recipe

Proper Bacon Sarnies 
Bacon sandwiches the way Richard prefers them
 

Ingredients:

Dry-cured smoked streaky bacon
Sliced white bread (Richard perfers old school Mothers Pride)
Tomato ketchup
Unsalted butter

Method:

1. Pre-heat your grill nice and hot, and make sure your butter is soft
2. Grill the bacon until it's nice and crispy, turning once
3. Liberally butter your bread and smear both sides with ketchup
4. Apply at least 3 rashers to one side of bread, cover, cut once and devour
