Dry cured at the farm, this rare breed bacon makes any breakfast a special one. Naturally lean but with enough fat for a full flavour. Perfectly matched to our Qtr lb Herby Pig Bangers.

Dry Cured Back Bacon

Recipe

Proper Bacon Sarnies 
Bacon sandwiches the way Richard prefers them
 

Ingredients:

Dry-cured smoked back bacon
Sliced white bread (Richard perfers old school Mothers Pride)
Tomato ketchup
Unsalted butter

Method:

1. Pre-heat your grill nice and hot, and make sure your butter is soft
2. Grill the bacon until it's nice and crispy, turning once
3. Liberally butter your bread and smear both sides with ketchup
4. Apply at least 3 rashers to one side of bread, cover, cut once and devour
