Marrow shafts

Roast or steak accompaniment

Very much 'in vogue', the marrow is the ultimate definition of beef flavour, roast and spread on toast or simply serve as an accompaniment to one of our steaks, either way the flavour is simply sublime. Available as either split shafts, or shorter round sections.

2. Combine the parsley, shallots and capers in a small bowl.

3. Just before the bones are ready. whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice and drizzle this dressing over the parsley mixture until the leaves are just coated.
